Rental Assistance Program

About the Program

The East Tulsa Rental Assistance Program provides rental assistance for individuals in our target neighborhoods. Rental assistance can include rent, utilities, security deposits, application fees, or other costs necessary to help qualifying tenants remain housed. These funds cannot be used for fines, fees, or for costs of eviction, including attorney fees. Each household is eligible for a maximum of $3,000 or three months rent, whichever is lower.

This program is financed in whole or in part by funds from the City of Tulsa, Tulsa Authority for Economic Opportunity, and Affordable Housing Trust Fund.
